A story about a dream car.
Ever since Greg watched a commercial on this new design brand of car.
he immediately aim it as his dream car, however, he prayed for this car to be his someday.
and so, one day while he was looking around, he decided to have a look on that car.
it was tempting for him to buy it, but somehow a voice tells him "No, not now."
so he didn't, a few days later, he wants to buy the car, the voice tells him "not now Greg."
and he didn't do it again. a few months later, he decided to buy the car,
the voice tells him the same thing. "Not Now Greg." but he ignored and finally sign the paper.
and so proudly he showed off to his neighbors and friends.
then one of his neighbor said to him : wow, nice new car Greg! nice!
and then...
"i just bought this car as well, and somehow a voice told me to give it to you for free.
since you have it already, and i was suppose to give it to you. i think now i'll give it to someone else."
moral of the story; Greg was suppose to get his dream car for free
on the day he spend his own money for the car because he was impatient.
God is Strategic.
Jer 29:11; For i know the thoughts that i think towards you, says the LORD,
thoughts of peace & not evil, to give you a future & a hope.

The whole story is actually about faith and God being strategic in his timing because his time and actions cater for lots and lots of people but our actions only cater most of the time for ourselves. So, God follows his time instead of ours.
Another story told that evening was Noah must be very glad that they didn't jump off the ship before the rain pours down. They must be looking at the rain on the seven days and say to themselves "I was about to jump off the ship on the fifth or sixth day but luckily I didn't."
Sometimes, we are just that close to getting it. Again going back to patience, faith and timing as well.
Another part I love is these phases,
God actually has a big problem. The problem is he thinks that he is God and he likes to show off. But the thing is, he is really God, so you shouldn’t have any problem with that.
Too bad I missed God is Strategic part 2. Totally forget that it is Sunday morning.
