MY CUP OF WRITERS

The two particular thestar columnist I happen to like - MARY SCHNEIDER and HOO BAN KHEE.

Mary is from Scotland, mother of 2 kids (I think), settled down it penang for 30 years (I think). Ban Khee on the other hand has stop writing last year or early this year.

Their articles are always heart warming, something close to your heart. Occasionally I do read those written by others and they range from raising a child and parenting advice, handicapped people and their issues, law pursuits, politics and other random stuffs but they are not quite my cup of tea.

Ever wondered how your parents couldn't even played the DVDs the way they wanted it and they have to ask for your help and you showed them that you are "glad" to help them in return? The way they always stick to Nokia 3310 because that is the only phone they are able to operate with ease?

Head no other place than here - Gadget-impaired by HOO BAN KEE.

Even I myself sometimes find it difficult to operate a high-tech mobile phone with all the touch screen features and would take me ages to type and send a sms.

Ever wondered how to drive on a modern-day road and kl the proper way?

Refer - Driving, then and now by HOO BAN KEE.

Ever wondered who should pay the bill on the first date? How a woman justify herself for never paying for dinner each time she is with you? Entertaining article endorsed with her own experiences.

Going Dutch On A Date By MARY SCHNEIDER.

It’s tough being a mother, but it’s often tougher trying not to be a mother. Where exactly mothers should draw their line?

Mother knows best By MARY SCHNEIDER.

Just some articles I enjoyed.
