PHARMACY STUDENTS ORIENTATION

Kenneth!!!

Today is so tiring. Imagine yourself woke up happily anticipating some ice-breaking session with your new course mates, get divided into few small groups, forced to participate in some lame games and basically have lots and lots of fun. Hey! That is orientation to me.

Instead, what I get is just some tiring and boring day. I walked into the venue where I suppose to be and someone was talking about the mentor-mentee programs. I grabbed some handouts and was flipping through those stuffs and saw the timetable for activities of a day. Briefings after briefings and more briefings! 830am to 4pm just listening to people talking and talking. Imagine for whole 2 weeks you have been waiting eagerly, expecting fun and new friends for that 1 day and it turned out to be worse than normal days.

Apparently, they don’t have the culture of ice-breaking and a special few hours just to have fun and get to know your course mates over here.

So, that guy in the photo is my mentor. He is also Kenneth and that reminds me of Kenneth Tee that never bother to reply my sms until this very moment. He is 19 and currently is a 3rd year pharmacy student. Oh gosh, I am going to be 20 and a 1st year new pharmacy student.
